It’s time of year again: resolution time! Just kidding, I never make New Year’s resolutions; I stopped a few years ago when I realised that I never ever keep them!
However, I do believe that it’s important to have some goals through the winter. After all, the days a short, the Christmas lights will soon be taken down, and the blues will strike.
What are your goals?
Here are some of mine:
- I received a Fitbit for Christmas and I plan to use it! So far, I’ve managed the 10 000 recommended steps per day, and I’ve realised it’s really not that hard to do it. So, my goal is to try to keep at it.
- My business goal is Qualiopi. If you don’t know what that is, and you probably don’t, it’s the certification needed by training organisations in France to qualify for CPF funding for their clients.
- Another business (and personal) goal is to create some great learning resources for kids to help them learn English. Complete with some fun illustrations and instructions for parents and teachers in how to use them.
I have to say, though, I am very excited about my Fitbit. However, I do hope I won’t become obsessed with it David Sedaris style- no time for that!
So if one of your goals is to continue improving your French… Why not check out our online courses!?
Lessons are twice a week, in small groups and cost just 15€ per class. Payment plans are available and a level assessment and learning program are, of course, included.
Oh yes, I almost forgot: the first week is free!
