When you slouch, your shoulders are curved inward, your back is hunched over, and you look tired or lazy.
My mother always used to tell me not to slouch, she’d tell me to stand up or to sit up straight. My best friend never slouches, her back is always super straight, like an ironing board. I’m not that exemplary, I’ve constantly got to remind myself to keep my back straight and my shoulders down. And then, inevitably, I forget and slouch all over again!
Anyone have a miracle remedy for slouching? Anyone got any questions? If so, drop me a line!
